2024 CDBG FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED ENTITIES
The 2024 CDBG Request For Proposal (RFP) applications will not be available until of the Spring of 2024.
Public Services
Funding eligibility is as follow, including but not limited to:
- Must be a not-for-profit organization IRS 501 (c)(3) and maintain a DUNS number
- Organization must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM)
- Must serve an absolute verifiable minimum of 51% Low Income
- Must be a NEW non-duplicated service or quantifiable increase in the level of service

NOTE: The CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee will review and score each proposal submitted. Incomplete proposals will be eliminated without exceptions.
