Engineering

The City of Jonesboro Engineering Department provides all engineering services for all of the City of Jonesboro Departments, and provide advice and technical expertise to assist elected officials, planning commission, public agencies and citizens regarding development within the planning jurisdiction of the City of Jonesboro. The Engineering Department is responsible for reviewing development plans for both public and private developments, maintain design and construction specifications, conduct field inspections of construction sites to ensure all work conforms to City codes.
