Since we have ASU here in Jonesboro, and there are events on weekends and some weeknights, if the campus and adjacent facilities could offer destination charging (DC fast charging GM and Tesla), Jonesboro could become a destination for those that own EV’s but can’t drive them to Jonesboro since there is no DC fast charging available today.

Festivals can be a big part of local/regional flavor and by giving downtown a "Festival Row" essentially we open up a space for more options. Schools/College can come and set up festivals. Various interest groups or communities could as well. You can look anywhere in the world (especially japan) and see how big a part festivals play in culture as well as a great way to fundraise and bring people together. By creating a space bigger than like 2 alleyways like Pridefest was this year we open the door to more community engagement. I suggest mainly downtown due to restaurants and stuff being there but developing a large blank lot out near the new movie theater may work as well.
