Wolf Cub Cheerleading

Jonesboro Parks and Recreation is proud to be offering a cheerleading program for NEA area youth in grades K thru 6th.

Wolf Cub Cheerleading is open to both girls and boys and will focus on basic cheerleading skills, basic line cheers, chants, teamwork, and spirit.

Participants will cheer at the Wolf Cub Flag and Tackle Football games held on Saturday mornings and afternoons, typically between 9am and 4pm and some Tuesday nights, if possible.  Practices will be scheduled for weeknights with your volunteer coaches once registration closes.

NEW for 2023 - Parents, we are looking for Coach volunteers and squad team leaders. In 2023, we are looking to build Cheer squads for your child's current school and future High School team. Cheer Squads will be formed by school, just like our Wolf Cub Football program and your Cheer Squad will support there local school and players.

Parent volunteers are needed for all Squads currently, please complete a Volunteer Application form available on this page or at Earl Bell Community Gym.
